&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Management transparency , by the word it says that management should be transparent but really does it mean so.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Organization do not get any&amp;nbsp;benefit&amp;nbsp;by giving freedom to the employees to speak out and debate unless the management should be in a position to judge the good point out of that.Management&amp;nbsp;transparency will help the&amp;nbsp;management&amp;nbsp;to utilize the available resources in best way.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;when the project is planned, its&amp;nbsp;management duty to have plan B and plan C&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;if needed&amp;nbsp;.when the management is transparent and&amp;nbsp;announces&amp;nbsp;the plan B to the employees before plan A fails ,it indirectly saying the employees that there is one more choice we&amp;nbsp;don't&amp;nbsp;need to put our maximum effort to follow and complete the project according to plan A.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; No management will accept this mindset from their employees.so there is a limitation for the management&amp;nbsp;transparency.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;
