Management Transparency

       Management transparency , by the word it says that management should be transparent but really does it mean so.
       Organization do not get any benefit by giving freedom to the employees to speak out and debate unless the management should be in a position to judge the good point out of that.Management transparency will help the management to utilize the available resources in best way.

     
 
        when the project is planned, its management duty to have plan B and plan C  if needed .when the management is transparent and announces the plan B to the employees before plan A fails ,it indirectly saying the employees that there is one more choice we don't need to put our maximum effort to follow and complete the project according to plan A.
        No management will accept this mindset from their employees.so there is a limitation for the management transparency.
