whom i will recruit to my office ?

     As a manager i want my engineers should have time management.when i say time management , i believe that people who come early than the time mentioned is as bad as the people who come late than the time mentioned in managing time.
My engineers should work with common sense should have ability to priorities the work by themselves.

Of course they should be talented, but i don't want the people with more talent then the work they are going to do.if i recruit an engineer who has ability to do the task very simply , he / she will never show much interest on the work.

It is easy to motivate the person who has less ability to do the work and make the work done comparative to the motivating talented guy who can do that job very easily to make it with out any flaws and exceptions.

I always prefer to recruit a guy for whom i can create aspirations or who has aspiration to do the job i am providing.

Management Transparency

       Management transparency , by the word it says that management should be transparent but really does it mean so.
       Organization do not get any benefit by giving freedom to the employees to speak out and debate unless the management should be in a position to judge the good point out of that.Management transparency will help the management to utilize the available resources in best way.

     
 
        when the project is planned, its management duty to have plan B and plan C  if needed .when the management is transparent and announces the plan B to the employees before plan A fails ,it indirectly saying the employees that there is one more choice we don't need to put our maximum effort to follow and complete the project according to plan A.
        No management will accept this mindset from their employees.so there is a limitation for the management transparency.
